A paved road takes you to a special spot in the valley with breathtaking views over the Andalusian countryside. This glamping consists of a nice country house and two fully equipped safari tents. The house has an AFO and the glamping has a tourist rental licence for 10 people. The main house, on a 10,000-square-metre plot, has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a covered terrace and a swimming pool. On a lower plot are two safari tents. A spacious and distinctive accommodation for holiday rental, with all imaginable facilities, developed for a fantastic stay! The plot has already been prepared for a third accommodation. When we arrive at the site, the first thing we notice is the view. Through the entrance gate, next to the parking space for several cars, we enter the property. To the right is an area laid out as a vegetable garden and downstairs is the separate entrance to the house. The 90m2 house is practical and cosy. In particular, the large terrace with canopy and an outdoor kitchen under construction, as well as the position of the swim-ming pool, ensure that the owners of this glamping themselves lack no-thing. There is air conditioning, double glazing and the PVC window fra-mes have a wood look, shutters, mosquito nets and bars. From the terrace, a beautiful natural staircase leads to the lower terra-ces. This is where you enter the glamping grounds. From the terrace, walk down a beautiful natural staircase to the lower te-rraces. Here you enter the glamping area. On these terraces are two large safari tents. Both tents have plenty of privacy, their own terrace and their own build-up pool on the outside. The inside of the tents is beautifully decorated and everything is tastefully put together to give guests an unforgettable experience. Both tents have their own water and electricity connection and a modern three-chamber septic tank. There is also a separate internet connection for both tents. There is plenty of room to expand the glamping with semi-mobile units, such as current safari tents, a tinyhouse, a container house or a yurt. The tents are sold including furniture, beds and inventory. The village of Alora has a tourist allocation. This authentic Spanish village is about 35 minutes from Malaga, the Mediterranean beaches and the Costa del Sol international airport. In this village of about 18,000 inhabi-tants, all amenities for daily use are available. There are several primary schools and two secondary schools, medical centre, sports facilities and a train connection to Malaga. Main crowd puller is ‘El Caminito del Rey’ which can be found a short distance from this glamping! This property is being sold including tourism licence, website, social media platforms, rental platform accounts and bookings already received.
