The plot actually has 2,500 m2 of land, but a portion must be given up for widening the road, so the final area can be used for 2,021 m2.
The maximum roof area you can build is 874 m2, but in the project, you can see that 1,250 m2 is actually built, as there are areas such as a solarium, storage rooms, parking spaces that are not included, and terraces that are included at 50%.
The plot has an Endesa connection point and water. (IMPORTANT).
