Kristoffer Mincberg
CEO / Founder
Kristoffer Mincberg is one of the co-founders and CEO of the company. He is Swedish, born in Poland and moved permanently to Marbella in 1988 after having visited the town since childhood giving him an excellent local knowledge. He studied Art- and Film history at the University of Stockholm followed up by studies at «The New Filmschool» in Stockholm. Kristoffer formed a solid foundation for his professional career in Real Estate working during 11 years for one of the leading local property developers in Marbella. Working through the levels in the company he ended his commitment with them as sales and marketing director in 2.000 when he founded Marbella Estates together with Peter Buresten. The professional experience of more than 25 years has given him a total perspective of this very competitive market where he is totally dedicated to developing new sites and prospects for the company.

Peter Buresten
CEO / Founder
Peter Buresten is one of the co-founders of Marbella Estates. Peter is Swedish but moved to Marbella in 1997 from England where he got his law degree at the University of Buckingham. He heads the sales team which all together covers 10 languages. Peter himself speaks fluent English, Spanish and German apart from his native Swedish and loves the international flair of Marbella combined with the excellent weather.

Estelle Supiot
Office manager
After finishing her international university graduation, Estelle travelled extensively in the USA and also lived in the Netherlands. In the year 2000, Estelle moved to the Marbella area and commenced her career in property. She is happy to be part of Marbella Estates’ team and is dealing with all matters involving the administration of the company including corporate relations, invoicing and accountancy, IT and advertising including marketing. She speaks fluently Spanish, English and French.

Grazyna Pyzel
Sales Executive
Grazyna is originally from Warsaw, Poland, and has lived in Marbella since 2001. After she completed her MBA at the University of Warsaw, she decided to follow her family background in Real Estate business in the Marbella area. She has an extensive knowledge of the local property market and makes the perfect property specialist for you.

Runa has been with Marbella Estates since 2003 and has extensive knowledge of the property market on Costa del Sol. She holds an MBA from IESE, Barcelona and a BBA from San Diego, USA. Originally from Norway, she speaks fluently Spanish, English and Scandinavian languages.

Anna Hjalmarsson

Originally from Sweden, Anna Hjalmarsson first visited Marbella in 1996. Despite having travelled extensively, making full use of her fluency in Swedish, English, Spanish & Italian, her love of the Costa del Sol led her to make Marbella her home.

Peter Johnston settled to live in Marbella in 1994 and has never had second thoughts on that decision. Before that he was based in Oslo, Norway for 9 years after leaving his native England. He speaks English, Spanish and Norwegian fluently. He is very comfortable working in Marbella Estates where sales are achieved by giving sound advice to clients based on facts and knowledge not by being pushy or hard sell tactics.

Mia Andersson
Administration
Mia Andersson is from Sweden and lived and worked in Marbella since 1986, when she started to work with the Scandinavian travel operators at that time operating in Marbella. She is now working since 2001 at Marbella Estates apart from a short period she spent in Sweden. She works both administratively and in the reception with customer relations and social media. She speaks fluently Spanish, English and Swedish.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Judy has worked in residential estates agency since 2003. She has extensive experience of top end London properties as well as several other U.K. locations. Judy is very passionate about people and property and enjoys organizing client’s moves to their new property in Marbella area and making it as easy as possible for them. Judy has been visiting the Costa del Sol for many years and recently decided to move here permanently to take the full advantage of the quality of lifestyle on offer.

Although she was born in Madrid, Melissa has lived most of the life in the Costa del Sol where she enjoys the beautiful, vibrant culture this area has to offer. After receiving her ICPT degree from the University of Malaga and spending some time working in London, she came back to Spain to finish her Law Degree while working at a law firm in Marbella. Melissa helps all our after-sales and property management clients, once they have completed their purchase. She speaks Spanish and is fluent in English.
