Fastighets AB Andalucia del Mar (FAM) owns and operates 28 apartments with direct access to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea in Puerto Banus, on the Spanish Costa del Sol between Malaga and Gibraltar.
Restaurants and shopping are less than a ten-minute walk away, while markets and golf courses are a bit further away. Our on-site service office and workers do all possible to ensure that our owners and visitors have a fantastic holiday.
Andalucia del Mar is a condominium development comprised of 197 units in five 5- or 6-story buildings (with elevators and buzzers) and three freestanding villas that form two associations (comunidades). Comunidad 1 consists of two buildings to the east, whereas Comunidad 2 consists of two buildings to the west, one to the north, and three villas. FAM has 28 of these flats on levels 1-4 and 9-14, ranging from two to five in the entrances (casas).
The apartment at Andalucia del Mar sizes range from 113 to 143 square meters, with ten various floor plans but the same layout: a big livingroom with a couch ensemble and dining area furnishings, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub), and one extra bathroom (with shower). All are completely furnished and equipped with air conditioning, wifi, satellite television, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Each unit at Andalucia del Mar has at least two balconies, one of which faces the shadow and the other the sun. The view alternates between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada highlands.
About Nueva Andalucía
Between Marbella city center and the little village of San Pedro, Nueva Andalucia is located to the west of Marbella. Despite its rural location, Nueva Andalucia boasts convenient beach access and is only a short drive from Puerto Banús. Malaga Airport is around 40 minutes away by car.
One of the reasons many people select Nueva Andalucia is because of its proximity to Marbella. It takes around 10 minutes to go to Marbella's downtown area, and the same amount of time to travel to the La Caada shopping center, which has a large selection of shops and businesses. It's much faster to go to Puerto Banus and the beaches nearby. The coastal route (A7) and the toll road (AP7) that connect Malaga and Sotogrande are both easily accessible from Nueva Andalucia.
Nueva Andalucia is a well-established community with a well-designed layout and high-end facilities. You'll find some of Marbella's top restaurants and golf courses here, as well as several of the Costa del Sol's most opulent real estate alternatives.
