Altos Reales - The Golden Mile
Altos Reales - Luxury Villas
Altos Reales, which overlooks Marbella from the slopes of the La Concha Mountain, is part of the Sierra Blanca region, which also includes Cascada de Camoján and Monte Paraiso Country Club Golf. Altos Reales A and B are two entirely gated neighborhoods that make up the complex.
These developments are part of one of Marbella's few really gated and entirely private estates. Both have a single port of entry that is guarded 24 hours a day, and the roads within the urbanizations are restricted to the general public. The streets in Spain are generally public and belong to the local town halls, and despite their best attempts, the owners are unable to prevent cars from crossing. We arrive at the gates of Altos Reales A and B along a lovely palm tree-lined promenade, where security is carefully monitored and entrance is only granted with the permission of the owners.
Altos Reales A. It is the smallest urbanisation, with a total of 28 villas created in an art deco style, all white with characteristic round towers, and built in the early 1990s. The whole upkeep of the owner's gardens and pools is included in the community fees, and the onsite garden and pool crew has a great track record when it comes to security. The onsite crew also offers protection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Altos Reales B. Residents of the more substantial urbanisation may enjoy magnificent green parks areas, a children's play area, and a paddle court. The villas are all enormous luxury residences with own swimming pools on their grounds. The owners of this neighborhood are responsible for the upkeep of their gardens and pools.
About The Golden Mile
The Golden Mile is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods on the Costa del Sol for residential residences.
The famed Mile spans along the coast of southern Spain, extending 5-7.5 kilometers from Marbella to Puerto Banus, and is a popular location for wealthy Mediterranean vacations.
The coastline is lined with five-star resort hotels and private clubs, which is why, in the 1980s, German singer Roy Boston invented the term "Golden Mile" to describe the area's high-status glitz.
International aristocracy, aristocrats, celebrities, and anyone searching for a perfect location for a second home or real estate opportunity call the sun-drenched villas, mansions, and beach homes along the Golden Mile home.
The Golden Mile begins in Marbella's downtown area and goes west to Puerto Banus and up to La Concha.
It used to just apply to homes west of Marbella along the N-340 beach road, but it has subsequently grown to include the A7 and AP-7 highways.
The East End and West End, or the beach side to the south and the mountain side to the north, are frequently used to separate the Golden Mile.
